By accessing and using Wave2.Club ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Wave2.Club is a platform that enables synchronized mobile light shows for events. Users can create, manage, and execute coordinated light displays using participants' mobile devices.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the rights of others
Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
Create events that could cause harm to participants or property

4.1 Prohibited Content

Zero Tolerance Policy

Wave2.Club explicitly prohibits the use of our services for any content or events involving nudity, violence, terror, or copyright infringement. Violations of this policy will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all remaining credits.

Wave2.Club reserves the right to:

Terminate Accounts: Any account found to be in violation of our prohibited content policy may be terminated immediately without prior notice.
Forfeit Credits: All remaining credits associated with terminated accounts will be forfeited with no refunds issued.
Report Violations: Wave2.Club may report serious violations to appropriate legal authorities when required by law.

Disclaimer: Wave2.Club will not be responsible for any legal, financial, or other consequences resulting from user violations of this policy. Users bear full responsibility for all content created or shared using our platform.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Credit Purchase Refunds

Wave2.Club offers a straightforward refund policy for credit purchases:

Full Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days (2 weeks) of purchase, provided the credits have not been used. No partial refunds will be issued for partially used credit packages.

Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Unused Credits: Credits must be completely unused (0% utilized) to qualify for a refund.
No Partial Refunds: If any credits from a package have been used, even partially, the package is no longer eligible for a refund.
Process Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Request Method: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@wave2.club with your order information.

Note: Promotional or free credits are non-refundable and do not qualify under this policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wave2.Club and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee the Service will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wave2.Club disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wave2.Club from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
